Assortments
We offer two assortments for those unable to determine
exactly which sacs to order. The Collectors Assortment has five
each of the most common sizes; 15, 16, 17, 18 & 20 Straight. The
Professional Assortment offers 100 sacs in eight sizes, from 14 to 22
Straight in varying quantities. Neither assortment offers any of the
Special Items nor any necked sacs.
Observations
While we offer the correct repair parts we do not offer
any specific repair instructions. We do however suggest that you clean
the pen thoroughly before repairing and use common sense - do not use
excessive force and be patient. Most pens require the sac to be glued
to the section. We recommend using orange shellac which was the original
adhesive used in the manufacture of your pen. Some exceptions being
the Parker Vacumatic and the Waterman Ink-Vue which require no adhesive.
Plunger Fillers
Early plunger filled pens made by Sheaffer, Conklin, Wahl
and Onoto do not use conventional sacs. We do not offer the gaskets
and seals for these pens. However, most of these pens can be repaired.
